Please take note that some bookings may be done for other agents (ie. not part of Stay-SouthAfrica.co.za). We therefore do act as agents for agents from time to time. In cases where agents or employees of Stay-SouthAfrica.co.za act as an agent for agents (3rd party) with clients, the invoice will always be made out to the relevant Agency (3rd party) the booking is for. These bookings will be considered as an agreement between the guesthouse owner and the 3rd party Agency (and their clients). Payments for these bookings will be received by guesthouse owners from the 3rd party Agency as Stay-SouthAfrica.co.za does not accept payment from the 3rd party Agency's clients.Guesthouse bookings made by Stay-SouthAfrica.co.za for clients of Stay-SouthAfrica.co.za (where no 3rd party Agency is involved) - guesthouses will be paid directly by the client. The guesthouse in return, will be invoiced for commission/booking fees directly by Stay-SouthAfrica.co.za.
Office Hours
Stay-SouthAfrica.co.za (the website) operates 24 hours a day. However the agents (employees) work Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. Agents may from time to time be available online and assist with queries, bookings etc. after hours, Saturdays and Sundays, this is however not the norm. From 16 December to 2 January is off-peak season and agents are on stand-by only - meaning that they will be online from time to time only.If a booking was made through Stay-SouthAfrica.co.za and the client has difficulties in finding their booked accommodation - it is recommended that you contact the establishment or Stay-SouthAfrica telephonically.
