Harmony House is spacious, discretely located and furnished comfortably in modern style. It has a large decked terrace with views across the Hout Bay river valley - a pleasant place to sit and sip your beverage and take in the skies, mountains, and the atmosphere of South Africa.

The house has a large comfortable living/dining room area with an entertainment centre and satellite TV, the dining table.seats up to 12. Sliding doors lead on to the decked terrace which has a table and chairs for eating al fresco.

• A modern kitchen with all facilities adjoins the dining room area and just outside the kitchen is a shady patio - great barbecue location.
• The large main double bedroom has en-suite facilities and there are two bedrooms to sleep 3 and 2 in single beds plus a bathroom.
• Downstairs there are two more large rooms with a single and a double bed plus a shower room. Also downstairs is a large family room with sliding doors which lead out to the swimming pool.
• The family room has plenty of space for the kids a small bar and full size table tennis table.
• There is a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.
• The house has an effective security system and is linked to a local patrol unit.
• Two car remote controlled garage.

The house is situated within easy walking distance of a parade of shops plus several restaurants. The beach is also within walking distance. Many activities are in and around Hout Bay for example Sea boat trips from the working Fishing harbour, horse riding, tennis, vineyards, bird sanctuary, golf, walking, climbing etc. It is situated only 20 kilometres from Cape Town with its well known attractions and 25 k from the international airport. We will be pleased to help make sure you do not fail to see the lovely places around Cape Town and the local wine growing areas.

• Low Season May-August 2009
  from 750 - 1050 ZAR per night Min 2 weeks
• Spring season Sept –Nov 2009
  from 880 - 1200ZAR per night Min 1 week
• High season Nov – Apr 2010
  from 1100 - 1400ZAR per night Min 1 week
• Higher rates can apply over the Xmas and Easter holiday periods.
• Payment can be made in £/ZAR to a UK/SA bank or via credit card or account via Paypal.
