Self-catering Accommodation Durban

• We have one bedroom units (sleep up to 6 persons) with a double bed and a single bed in the bedroom, and two double beds in the lounge, and bachelor flats (sleep up to 4 persons) with a double bed and two single beds;
• All units are fully self contained self-catering units with stove, fridge, kettle, cutlery, iron, crockery, linen, security gates and wall safe for valuables;
• Secure parking is available in the building at an extra charge of R30 per night, per vehicle;
• If required, flats can be serviced daily depending on how busy we are;
• Colour TV ;
• 24 hour reception & security patrols throughout the building & garages;
•  Commercial laundry in the building, about R40 per large wash basket, washed & ironed;
• 1 minute walk to beaches, shops, Checkers supermarket, banks, fast food outlets, restaurants, paddling pools, library & post office. 5 min drive from the new Ushaka Marine World and the International Conference Center.

• Rates available on request - depends on number of guests
• Check in time 12 midday, checkout time 10am on day of departure.
• For advance booking, we require a 50% deposit on confirmation of your booking and the balance is payable on arrival.
