• Rates are quoted per room per night in South African Rand and are inclusive of Value Added Tax at 14%
• The above rates are on a room only basis.
• Day beds and cots available in specified apartments only.  Kindly request upon making a reservation.
• Reservations are subject to terms and conditions at the time of making the booking and upon check-in.
• Village & Life reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods at any time.
• We offer special rates for guests staying on a monthly basis. The rate will depend on the season, length of stay and choice of apartment.

Long Tem Rental Rates:

• Full service housekeeping is provided once a week
• Linen provided at extra cost

• A deposit of one month’s rental is applicable
• A minimum rental of 3 months is required
